O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse Ltd / registration number 6370867N is looking to recruit a sous chef , 2 chef de partie and 2 commis chefs to work in our property O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse, 10 Henry Street , Kenmare , Co Kerry www.odonnabhain-kenmare.com
The sous chef : to work and supervise the preparation of food in both sections /hot and cold and to assure the food must be delivered in time, prepared according to the recipe and have the taste and presentation according to the established standards
The chef de partie must work either in cold section ( cold starters/appetizers ) or any station of the hot section ( hot appetizers, garnish, grill, fryer, pan or sauce ) and oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his section The demis chef must prepare the mise en place and assist in the preparation of the menu The minimum annual gross salaries offered: 39 k for sous chef , 33 k for chef de partie and 30 k for commis chef ; depending on the experience the salaries ; working program of 39 hours/week .
