O’Donnabhain’s Townhouse Accommodation and Gastro Bar is a family-run hospitality venue in the heart of Kenmare town.
Jer and Vanessa Foley are the third generation of their families to welcome visitors to Kerry. Jer started working in bars as a teenager and some years later, in the mid-1990s, bought O’Donnabhain’s bar on Henry Street. At the same time, Vanessa was cheffing in well-respected Irish and French restaurants. Following her return to Kenmare in 1996, the couple settled down and focused on bringing their passion for hospitality to full fruition.

Starting with their quintessential traditional Kerry pub as a central focus, the business expanded to include the gastro bar and contemporary townhouse accommodation .
In recent years, Jer and Vanessa’s Kenmare Rentals has also expanded to serve customers who want high-quality, self-catering accommodation in Kenmare and Kerry.
